Welcome home! I’m Patricia Lucero, ABR®, Realtor®, MBA Candidate, and your trusted advocate in Bakersfield, Tehachapi, Shafter, and surrounding communities. Real estate has been part of my life since childhood—my Mexican immigrant parents owned apartments in Los Angeles, a home in Pico Rivera, and later property here in Bakersfield. My dad would take us to see new construction homes “for fun,” teaching us early on about homeownership, investing, and the pride that comes from building stability.

Now, I share these experiences with my own children—bringing them to open houses, offices, and new construction tours so they can see firsthand how real estate shapes lives. I love exploring different architectural styles, diving into the process of contracts, paperwork, and laws, and advocating for clients every step of the way.

With over a decade of experience, I combine business expertise, strategic insight, and a heart-centered, protective approach to guide clients through buying, selling, relocations, new construction, and investments.
